Mumbai base i2i Enterprise Ltd. is going to be hired by BT
Mumbai based i2i Enterprise Ltd. is going to be acquired by BT Group which is UK’s incumbent telecom operator specialized in Internet protocol services and this overtaken is taking place so that BT group can make its global reach in India also.
By this acquisition BT can expand its customer base because i2i have NLD and ILD along with Internet service provider and internet telephony license.
I2i Enterprise Ltd. is specialized in selling telecom and other services related to internet in India and its gross asset last year was estimated upto 22.5million dollars so after acquiring i2i Enterprise Ltd. BT will have more growth.
As BT is working in whole world so after this it will start providing it’s services in India also and after this acquisition BT will become the biggest foreign global carrier operating company.
