3 blasts in 15 minutes rocked Gorakhpur, 6 injured

On Tuesday evening, three blasts, that were occurred in central market near Golghar, rocked Gorakhpur, a city in eastern Uttar Pradesh. According to PK Agarwal, Additional District Magistrate of Gorakhpur, at least four to six people were injured in all the three blasts. The injured people were rushed to a local hospital immediately by city administration. The report said that first blast occurred at a petrol pump the second at a shoe shop and the third blast near the York hotel.

The report said that all the three blasts occurred within 500 metres of each other with a gap of 5 minutes each. The bombs were planted in gunny bags on bicycle parked in the market area. Agarwal said further, while media persons asked who could be behind the blasts, It will be too early say who was behind the blasts. We are busy trying to avert any further possible explosion.
