In last week the policemen are finding guilty for killing two businessmen, Jagjeet singh and Pradeep Goyal, on 31st March, 1997. The 10 convicts out of three CBI singled for demanding death fine, the ACP S S Rathi, who ordered to shot victims without any provocation; Constable Kothari Ram is shoted Pradeep Goyal and head constable Mahavir Singh who shot and killed Jagjeet Singh.
The court has noted their crime is “very serious crime in nature” and all convicts act like “planned scheme” to work against and kill, The rejecting prosecution is demand both capital punishment and additional sessions. These peoples and this type of characters are dangerous for our society said by Judge Vinod Kumar.
